  I was consistently given incorrect information more than I was given correct information regarding my express refund advance, the time in which my federal refund would appear on my card, and the nature in which the fees would be collected. I went in person to explain everything, that their 500 dollar fee was unnaccptable to have been given incorrect information regarding when my express advance would come in which was 4 days late which messed up my budgeting. They took no responsibility and blamed it on their bank, at which point my tax preparer told me that my state taxes would be coming soon and assured me id have the state refund AND the express advance at the same time. Well my state refund came in and they garnished ALL of it to cover the fees and advance, despite being told the fees would've taken from my federal refund. I went in person again after calling and being told to come in so they could make it right. So i arrived, waited to talk to the guy who prepared our taxes, i informed him that he has given us an unnsattisfactory ammount of incorrect information, and his only offer WAS TO OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR NEXT YEAR!!! IT WAS THIS YEAR THAT WAS SATISFACTORY!! WHAT NONSENSE!!! So I posted to their facebook timeline my negative experience to which they replied by including the details of my PERSONAL INFORMATION!!! I contacted Jackson Hewwit by their website and it was brushed off with dissmissive phrasing and ultimately said that each JH are independently owned and operated. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! LET TVCCA FILE UR TAXES FOR FREE OR USE TURBO TAX! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN RESOVING CLIENT CONFLICTS THAT OCCURE AS A RESULT OF UNINFORMED STAFF!! ----- Update I have a voice mail from Thomas moore specifically telling me that I would see my full refund no later than the 15th. Well today is the 15th, no refund so I called and asked to talk to him about it and I was given a run around, he said he can't control the IRS speed, rather than admit that he gives misinformation to his clients. He instead pointed out that I got an advance and said I should be happy with that. I told him that he can be quoted verbatim having said on my voicemail that the money would appear on my card no later than the 15th. Prior to this his claim was that meta bank would loan my refund on my card, which was also phony information. Consistent unprofessionalism.
