- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!! Peter Bartinik Jr. was able to assist me with two criminal court matters. 1) Dissolving a standing criminal protective order; and 2) Terminating probation approx. 3 years early. Attorney Bartinik spent more time than expected working on my case, and was patient while working with the judge and the district attorney at GA 10. In the end, the criminal protective order was completely removed, and my probation was terminated 3 years early, thus allowing me to begin the pardon process. I could not have achieved these results without Mr. Bartinik advocating on my behalf. Additionally, Attorney Bartinik is also representing me in a civil matter. Whether it is civil or criminal, he is thorough, and takes the time to explain every detail to me in a manner in which I understand. I am grateful to have him and his law firm working on my behalf. His legal assistant, Abby is beyond helpful and intelligent when assisting me with any questions that I have. She immediately answers all my questions, or found the answers and got back to me within 24 hours.
